Photo editing usually means a heavy app and a long learning curve, but most everyday image jobs are small and specific. Office Tools splits the work across four focused utilities that each do one thing well — convert and shrink a file, crop a stack of photos the same way, repeat an image across a grid, or slice one image into pieces. They all run entirely in your browser, so nothing is uploaded, nothing is installed, and you never need an account.

Which tool do you need?

Start from your goal and the right tool follows. Here is the quick map:

• Change the format, shrink the file, or resize (PNG ↔ JPG ↔ WebP) → Image Converter.
• Apply the same crop to many photos at once and get them back as a ZIP → Image Crop.
• Repeat one image in a columns × rows grid (patterns, sticker sheets) → Image Tile.
• Cut one image into equal grid pieces (Instagram grids, sprite sheets) → Image Split.

The two cropping-style tools are easy to mix up, so keep this in mind: Crop trims many images, Split cuts a single image into many pieces, and Tile does the opposite of Split — it multiplies one image into a grid.

Convert, compress, and resize (Image Converter)

Most format headaches come down to picking between three options. PNG is lossless, which makes it perfect for screenshots, logos, line art, and anything with transparency or crisp text. JPG throws away some detail to produce a much smaller file, which is the right trade for photographs. WebP is the modern choice: at a similar visual quality it is usually the smallest of the three, ideal for the web when your viewers use up-to-date browsers.

Two related but separate jobs live here. Compressing keeps the same pixel dimensions but lowers the file size — use it when an image looks fine but is simply too heavy to email or upload. Resizing changes the actual width and height in pixels — use it when an image is larger than it needs to be, for example a 6000 px photo being squeezed into a 1200 px web slot. Often you do both: resize down first, then export as WebP or JPG to land at a small final file.

1. Open Image Converter and load your image.
2. Choose the output format (PNG, JPG, or WebP).
3. Optionally set new dimensions to resize, and adjust quality to compress.
4. Save the result and check the new file size.

Batch-crop many images the same way (Image Crop)

This is the tool for a very specific but common pain: you have a folder full of images that all need the same crop. Think dozens of product photos shot in the same setup with the product in the same spot, a batch of scanned documents with identical margins, or screenshots that all carry the same chrome you want to trim away. Doing that one image at a time is tedious and inconsistent.

Image Crop lets you set a single crop rectangle and apply it to every image at once, then hands everything back as one ZIP download so the framing is identical across the whole set.

1. Open Image Crop and load all the images you want to trim.
2. Draw or position the crop rectangle once.
3. Apply it to the whole batch.
4. Download the cropped images together as a ZIP.

Tip: this works best when your source images share the same dimensions and the subject sits in roughly the same place — that is exactly what a fixed crop rectangle expects.

Repeat an image in a grid (Image Tile)

Sometimes you need one image multiplied, not divided. Image Tile repeats a single image across a grid of columns × rows, with an adjustable gap between copies, and saves the combined result. It is handy for seamless-looking patterns, contact sheets, sheets of repeated stickers or labels you plan to print and cut, or a background filled with a repeating logo.

1. Open Image Tile and load the image you want to repeat.
2. Set the number of columns and rows for the grid.
3. Adjust the spacing or gap between tiles.
4. Save the assembled grid as a single image.

Slice an image into a grid (Image Split)

Image Split is the inverse of Tile: it cuts one image into a grid of equal pieces. The classic use is an Instagram carousel or profile grid, where a single large picture is sliced into a 3×3 (or any rows × columns) layout so the pieces line back up into one image when posted in order. It is equally useful for cutting a sprite sheet into individual frames or breaking a big design into printable tiles.

1. Open Image Split and load the image to cut.
2. Choose the number of rows and columns for the grid.
3. Let the tool slice the image into equal pieces.
4. Save the pieces and use them in order.

All four tools run client-side in your browser. The images you load are processed on your own machine and are never uploaded to a server — there is no signup and no install, and the tools keep working even on a slow or offline connection.
